Sourcing
We begin by identifying and connecting with reputable seafood farms and processing factories across Vietnam. Each supplier is selected based on strict criteria, including product type, processing capacity, certification (HACCP, ASC, BRC, etc.), and compliance history. This ensures that our clients receive seafood that meets both quality and regulatory expectations from the very beginning.
Factory Processing Supervision
We coordinate with the selected factory to oversee the production process. Our team supervises key stages such as raw material selection, trimming, grading, freezing (IQF or block), packing, and labeling. We ensure that specifications are followed precisely and that hygiene and safety standards are maintained throughout processing.
On-site Inspection & Quality Control
Before shipment, our QA team performs on-site inspections at the factory. We check for product size consistency, defects, moisture/glaze percentage, net weight accuracy, labeling correctness, and packaging integrity. A detailed report is delivered within 24 hours, including high-resolution images, inspection notes, and temperature checks to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Container Loading & Export Documentation
We supervise the container loading process to ensure that the correct goods are loaded, the temperature is stable (–18°C or below), and the container is sealed securely. We also prepare and verify all necessary export documents such as Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, and Invoices. This step guarantees smooth customs clearance at the destination.
